Summary terms of sale: A $5,000 credit card hold, cashier’s check or wire transfer is due prior to the auction. The buyer is required to have a deposit in the amount of 10% of the purchase price within 1 business day after the auction in the Title Company’s Office. The deposit is required to be in the form of a cashier’s check or wire transfer. If a credit card hold was used it will be released by the auctioneer upon the receipt of the 10% deposit.
